| Advance Payment |
Advance booking amount is required to confirm your seat. This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. |
| Balance Payment |
Remaining balance must be cleared before the trip departure. Payment modes include UPI, Bank Transfer, and Cash (where applicable). |
| Booking Confirmation |
Booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and a confirmation message from our team. |
| Seat Allocation |
Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after booking confirmation. |
| Group Size |
Trips are subject to minimum group size requirements. In case minimum participation is not met, the trip may be rescheduled or cancelled with full refund or transfer option. |
| Event Transfer |
Transfer to another event/date is possible only if requested at least 10 days before departure. Transfer will incur a surcharge of 20% of the total trip fee and is subject to availability. |
| Special Events & Peak Dates |
For New Year, Christmas, and other special events, cancellation and transfer policies are stricter. No refunds are applicable for cancellations made within 15 days of departure. |
| No Show Policy |
If you fail to report on time at the meeting point, no refund or reschedule will be provided. |
| Unforeseen Circumstances |
If a trip is cancelled by the organizers due to weather, political unrest, or other uncontrollable factors, refund or reschedule options will be offered as per company policy. |
