In Case We Cancel a Trip
| If trip is cancelled due to natural disasters, political unrest, or government orders after the trip has started | No refund |
| If trip is cancelled **before** it begins | Full refund except train/bus cancellations |
| If Sahyadri trip is cancelled due to low participation | Full refund OR option to shift to another batch |
| If trip is cancelled due to train/flight/bus issues | Alternate arrangements will be made. Refunds depend on bookings/expenses |
