Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Shriram Treks and Tours. By booking any trip or service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:


1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • To confirm your reservation, a minimum advance payment (as specified at the time of booking) must be made.

  • The remaining balance must be settled on or before the date specified in your booking confirmation.

  • Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods.


2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations by Participants:

    • 30 days or more before departure: 80% refund of the total trip cost.

    • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.

    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving your cancellation request in writing.

  • No refund will be provided for no-shows or early departures during the trip.


3. Changes or Cancellation by the Company

  • Shriram Treks and Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, operational challenges, or insufficient participant numbers.

  • In such cases, we will offer an alternative date, similar trip, or full refund. No other compensation will be provided.


4. Health & Fitness

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically and physically fit to participate in your chosen activity.

  • You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies at the time of booking.

  • We reserve the right to decline a participant if deemed unfit or if health conditions pose a risk.


5. Safety & Conduct

  • Participants are expected to follow instructions from trek leaders and guides at all times.

  • Any behavior deemed unsafe, abusive, or disruptive may result in removal from the trip without refund.

  • Consumption of alcohol or narcotics during treks or transport is strictly prohibited.


6. Personal Belongings

  • You are responsible for your personal belongings and valuables throughout the trip.

  • Shriram Treks and Tours will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to your belongings.


7. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all participants have adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal accident.

  • Any expenses incurred due to accidents or medical emergencies are the participant’s sole responsibility.


8. Photographs & Media

  • Shriram Treks and Tours reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during trips for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish to appear in our media, please inform us in writing before the trip.


9. Liability

  • While we take utmost care to ensure a safe experience, adventure activities involve inherent risks.

  • By booking with us, you accept all risks associated with participation and agree that Shriram Treks and Tours will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising during the trip.


10. Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
